Dunes Trail

A scenic multi-use trail winding through preserved Lowcountry forest — connecting neighborhoods, nature and the commons.

The Trail

Over two miles of nature, right at your doorstep.

Dunes Trail is a 2+ mile multi-use path winding through 28 acres of preserved Lowcountry forest at the heart of Seamist Commons.

Designed for walking, jogging, biking and golf-cart access, the trail serves as a living connector — linking the established neighborhoods of Cane Bay, Nexton and Carnes Crossroads to the retail, dining and community gathering spaces of the commons.

Shaded by mature live oaks and lined with native palmettos, Dunes Trail offers residents and visitors a daily escape into nature without ever leaving the neighborhood.
