Seamist Commons name and identity unveiled; renderings published and the project debuts in The Post and Courier and Shopping Center Business.

Site work & mass grading

Ingress / egress along US-176 prepared, stormwater pond shaped, primary roundabout staked and curb cuts installed.

Outparcel deliveries begin

Pads delivered for Scooter's Coffee, Taco Bell, Zaxby's, Bojangles and Berkeley Eye Pharmacy. Outparcel D listed for sale at ±0.72 AC.

Construction starts on the 11,000 SF anchor building, the central plaza and the signature lighthouse.

28-acre forest trail system stitches Cane Bay, Nexton and Cannes Crossroads via golf-cart and pedestrian routes; primary roundabout opens to traffic.
